Copa Brasil de Sinuquinha is now Copa Mundo da Sinuca
Same competition, new name. The history and points of the CBS editions remain fully valid.
The circuit's national cup is now called Copa Mundo da Sinuca (CMDS). It is the same championship played in the CBS and CBS 2 editions — the same entity in the database, with the old name preserved only in the history.
In practice nothing changes for the players: results from previous editions still count towards the National Ranking and the All-time Ranking, and the Copa's champions gallery brings every edition together on a single timeline.
The CMDS remains a tier B competition on the circuit, played across 3 match days with 4 broadcasts. The Split 1 2026 bracket draw takes place on September 4, live.
